Everything we eat is food for our soul. Yogis believe that food creates prana (life force) that sustains our bodies and brings us vitality and health. I am so excited to be partnering with Whole Foods Market Johns Creek and Salud to host this class about eating from a yogic perspective!
During this class I will be sharing recipes as we walk through the day in a life of a yogi and talk about some of the principles behind a yogic diet. This knowledge is appropriate for any level of practitioner or individual seeking a healthy approach to life.

The Yogic Diet with Hope Knosher
The idea behind a Yogic Diet is to create balance and strength in the body. Included are lots of lots of fresh, grounding, and healing foods. A Yogic diet is highly energizing and one that creates a calmer and more peaceful mind facilitating the quality of sattva (a quality of love, awareness, connection, and peace).
