As your feet touch the ground and you inhale the fresh canyon air, stress begins to melt away. And you have only just begun! As your senses take in the breathtaking surroundings, you’re suddenly filled with a sense of wonder.
Once settled in, you may take a walk by the creek, sit on your porch, or explore the beautiful setting.
Later we will come together with others for introductions, to set our sacred circle and our intentions, and for a gentle yoga practice as we begin our deep dive inward.
