Northside Woman’s Magazine Cover Feature – How Yoga Helped Me Heal After Breast Cancer

October 3, 2017 //  by Hope

I am excited and humbled to share my latest news with you. You may know that my journey into yoga began after a breast cancer diagnosis and the death of my mother rocked my world.

Hope's Yoga Johns Creek Yoga Studio I came to yoga after my doctor recommended that I give it a try.  My practice has been and continues to be a transformative journey for me.  Yoga helped me to heal, and to put my life back together. I was so transformed that I felt called to share the power of yoga with others in a way that is appropriate to each individual and their circumstance.

It is a privilege to sit with others and to share their journey. I don’t think of what I do as work, but as an opportunity to give back what I received. It is also an opportunity to share my journey with others, in the hope that it will inspire theirs.

With this in mind, I would like to share with you my feature story in Northside Woman magazine this month: “How Yoga Helped Me To Heal.

I’d like to thank Editor Suzanne Pacey and Northside Woman for sharing my story. I am so grateful for this journey and for all the awesome people I get to share it with!

I invite you to take a moment to read and share with anyone who might be inspired.

We are stronger together than we are apart.

With all my love,

Hope
