Yoga
Daily Hatha Yoga practice with guidance; appropriate for all levels; beginners welcome. Be present in body, mind and spirit. Breathe deeply the fresh mountain air.
Mindfulness Meditation
Guided meditation; The practice of mindfulness helps train the mind and body to become more stable and insightful, thereby increasing optimal functioning.
Food and Lodging
