Begins Friday 6:00 PM with dinner, ends 11:00 AM Sunday before lunch (early check in and late checkout may be available upon request)

Join Hope Knosher and Mark Dannenfelser for a weekend of rest, yoga, mindfulness meditation, great food and lots of fun!  Reconnect with yourself and others in this beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain setting, just over an hour north of Atlanta Georgia.

Tap into the healing power of nature while cultivating and deepening your personal practice of yoga and meditation.

Experience: yoga in the cooling breeze; nighttime sharing around the fire pit; walking meditation in the woods; year round outdoor jacuzzi; free time to enjoy the surroundings; the simple serenity of your room.

During This Retreat You Will Experience:

Daily Hatha Yoga practice with guidance; appropriate for all levels; beginners welcome. Be present in body, mind and spirit. Breathe deeply the fresh mountain air.

Mindfulness Meditation

Guided meditation; The practice of mindfulness helps train the mind and body to become more stable and insightful, thereby increasing optimal functioning.

Food and Lodging

Exquisite natural surroundings; 72 acres of open meadows, ponds and mountain views; 1.5 miles of walking/hiking trails; 40 foot Labyrinth; large outdoor jacuzzi; beautiful guest rooms; private baths; spacious yoga hall; spa onsite; delicious healthy meals.
