Why I Love Wheel Pose – Published by MindBodyGreen

October 23, 2013 //  by Hope

Yoga Wheel PoseI am a huge fan of Mind Body Green, and I am excited for the opportunity to be a contributor to this body of health and wellness information. Teaching yoga is a heartfelt calling for me as it has changed my life in so many positive ways. It is my sincere desire to be a catalyst for personal transformation and to convey the therapeutic benefits of yoga to others. In this article I describe one of the transformative moments that I have experienced on the mat and it is my hope in doing so I will be able to touch others, helping them to see how the practice of yoga can help to transform anyone who comes to the mat.

I hope you will take a few moments and click here to go to the article on the MindBodyGreen website, then read and comment at the end! Also, please share the article with your Facebook friends or on other social media! I have posted a link on my Facebook (the link is at the top of the page).

Here’s to everyone’s transformative moments both on the mat and off!

Love and Light,

Hope
