Hatha Yoga develops steadiness and ease in the body using classical yoga postures, called asanas, which have been practiced for thousands of years. Classes begin with centering and breath awareness and then progress into yoga asanas that develop strength, flexibility, balance & vibrancy. Classes end with a deep relaxation.
This class is open to practitioners of all levels including beginners. We will move through the postures with options to modify to each individual level. Participants will improve body awareness, flexibility and balance, while increasing strength and muscle tone.
No preregistration is required for these classes. It is a good idea to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start times to sign in and get settled. Class packages are available and can be purchased before or after class. Always check my schedule page for the latest class information.
