About Hope Knosher, Founder Of Hope’s Yoga, E-RYT500, IAYT, Health & Wellness Coach

Hope Knosher is the Founder of Healthy Living With Hope, a certified Health & Wellness Coach through Emory University, Yoga Therapist (IAYT) and E-RYT500 (Yoga Alliance) & a breast cancer survivor.  It has been her honor to be recognized as a Reader’s Choice “Best Of Atlanta” by Atlanta Magazine, one of Atlanta’s “Over 40 & Fabulous” by Best Self Atlanta, to be featured in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, for her work with cancer survivors, and to write for MindBodyGreen and to produce wellness videos.  Her story has been featured on the cover of Northside Woman and Yoga Magazine.   Hope is grateful to be able to share her journey of hope and transformation along with her knowledge of healthy living through teaching, writing, speaking, coaching, and soul-inspiring retreats. About Dr. Crystal Champion, PT, DPT, CLT-ALM, Cert. DN

Dr. Champion is the of Founder Champions Can! Foundation for Cancer Wellness, Inc.,  a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that advocates for cancer survivorship, regardless of the cancer diagnosis. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and owner of Eminence Physical Therapy, where she specializes in and cancer rehabilitation and lymphedema treatment. She is also a published co-author of “The Elements of Cancer Survivorship: A Guide to Navigating the Journey” and has made numerous TV appearances spreading awareness about cancer survivorship and lymphedema treatment.
