Invite spaciousness, spark inward awareness, inspire deeper connection and release. Clearing your internal spaces while refining inner and outer transmission. Classes begin with centering and breath awareness and then progress into yoga asanas that develop strength, flexibility, balance & vibrancy. Classes end with a deep relaxation.
This class is open to practitioners of all levels including beginners. We will move through the postures with options to modify to each individual level.
Slow Flow Inspire Growth
This slow flow class is a combination of fluid movement and breath along with accessible poses. Over the course of the class you will move through poses that gently engage and open all major muscle groups with an emphasis on spinal integrity. The 6 movements of the spine (left, right, side-bending and twisting, forward flexion and extension) are incorporated. All to aid spinal integrity, better posture, increases energy, and overall well-being. Appropriate for all levels.

This is a practice using a chair for seated poses, and as a balance point for standing poses. Not everyone can get up and down off the floor easily making traditional yoga classes difficult. With the help of a chair, anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength. Even if you're a regular in a traditional yoga class, chair yoga routines are a great way to learn how to stretch and flex while sitting at your desk or during a lunch break. Experience immediate benefits as you gently strengthen and relax with revitalizing poses and simple breathing techniques.
Unwind by Candlelight Invite Release
Elevate and sustain wellbeing on your journey toward your highest self. Unwind from the activities of the day with a soothing yoga class and gentle music as we release tensions and create energies that flow through our bodies bringing emotional harmony and equilibrium and we do it all by candlelight! This practice is appropriate for beginners and experienced practitioners and a great way to wind down your day. Appropriate for all levels.
Adaptive Yoga for Multiple Sclerosis
This gentle yoga class is an educational and experiential class developed for individuals experiencing the life changing effects of Multiple Sclerosis. Experience how yoga and meditation can empower you and help you to maintain a healthier lifestyle. This class is fully funded by the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Illness
SCHEDULED UPON REQUEST
This gentle yoga class is geared toward those who are dealing with cancer – the diagnosis, treatment and reintegration into life after treatment and for those who are dealing with a stable chronic illness.
This is an 8 week series which includes an educational component each week building upon the previous week’s topic. Participants will learn both through discussion and experience how the practice of yoga can help them regain strength both mentally and physically coming to a more centered place of wholeness.
This class is open to caretakers, spouses, and family members interested in obtaining a better sense of self and a reduction in stress.

Working one-on-one or in a small group with a knowledgeable instructor can be an invaluable tool on your yogic path and could be perfect for you if you’d want to start or explore your yoga journey in a supportive environment that addresses your individual needs and schedule, want to gain a deeper understanding of the practice, need to work with specific limitations or injuries as a way to support your healing process.

Yoga with Weights
SATURDAYS AT 10 - 11:15 AM
Adding free weights to your yoga practice increases muscle awareness and boosts lean muscle mass. Cadio burst will increase cardiovascular endurance and elevate your heart rate for maximum calorie burn. Join me for this full-body workout intertwined into a yoga practice and feel/see the difference in your body and mind. We will end with stretching and a beautiful relaxation time to fully reap the benefits. Two and Three pound weights provided. Classes start February 16.
