This class is appropriate for you if you would like to join a group of individuals committed to developing steadiness and ease in the body and the mind through Hatha yoga.
Classes are 90 minutes in length and begin with centering and breath awareness and then progress into yoga asanas that develop strength, flexibility, balance & vibrancy and end with deep relaxation. Classes are smaller with a warm and inviting atmosphere. This is the perfect supportive setting to progress farther into your practice and receive additional guidance not available in larger class settings.
We will move through the postures with options to modify to individual levels. Participants will improve body awareness, flexibility and balance, while increasing strength and muscle tone and will also have an opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussion diving deeper into the philosophy of yoga complete with an after practice cup of tea.
